It was a fun-filled, action-packed day in Kao Pao Shu’s Santa Monica studio where more than 120 delegates for the 2011 Miss California and California Teen USA have gathered for a photo shoot put together by aLine Media and the Runway Icon team. The candidates were dressed wearing Tony Bowls and Kao Pao Shu gowns.

Naida Begeta is a world-renowned Bosnian-born fashion designer for Kao Pao Shu. Her collection is inspired by ribbons and stripes, and her playful yet elegant approach to her design has gained tremendous international following from Milan to Tokyo and now in LA. She prides herself in providing personalized creations for her client and no two pieces in her fashion line are completely identical. The Kao Pao Shu studio’s raw interior layout is more of a gallery and it serves well to showcase their hand bags, purses and other fine accessories. Tony Bowls for Mon Cheri generously provided his exquisite collection for this event. With more than 20 years of experience in designing cocktail dresses, formal gowns and little black dresses, Tony’s beautiful designs have elevated the standard in the fashion industry. Beauty Creator has provided a team of professional make-up artists and hair stylists to help prepare the ladies for their photo shoot.
